Bio

I feel privileged to be able to hear your stories and I enjoy meeting and talking to people from all walks of life.

I believe therapy should be a collaborative process, where you are the expert of your life and I am here to guide you along the way. I value being genuinely interested in the lives of others and the way people think. I think it is important to be attuned to the different needs of clients, and being flexible and creative in therapy.

We are the outcome of a complex range of systems that work together, influencing the way we think and live our lives, leading us all to be unique in our own ways.

I look forward to meeting you and helping you along your journey.
