About
Myrelle is a warm and empathetic registered psychologist and her experience includes working with adults and children across a range of settings including, acute adult mental health, private practice, private hospitals, group therapy, veteran support, NDIS services, and within the school setting. She utilises a range of therapy modalities in her treatments including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focussed Therapy & Mindfulness based interventions. She also integrates different theoretical frameworks including attachment, family systems & positive psychology in her treatments and offers both short and long-term psychological support assessed on your needs. She has interest in working with young adults and her aim is to help each client commence their therapeutic journey and reach their goals in a respectful and non-judgemental environment.
