About


Fiona is a friendly and empathetic clinical psychologist with experience working with adolescents and adults across inpatient and community settings, education settings, and private practice. She has been a registered psychologist for 15 years and gained her clinical psychologist endorsement in 2019. She has experience working with anxiety, depression, stress, adjustment issues, work & study difficulties, grief and loss, self-esteem, relationship difficulties, trauma, and parenting stress.

Fiona tailors her therapeutic interventions from various evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Mindfulness-based therapies, and Schema Therapy. She can speak fluent English, Cantonese, and some Mandarin.
